Interesting I didn't know financing an FHA for that amount would be a problem if all other facts checked out.

I think at this point you have to say something, its one thing if he just said he hated her. But there is to much consequences now that you have publicly posted it online. If something were to happen to that family now you and your husband could be liable. I know he probably said it jokingly and probably didn't mean anything by it but I think you have that responsibility now. :)

Network as much as you can and eventually you will find the right person to partner with.

I am interested in researching different areas/cities of the country and how economic growth projected to play out...or isn't. I am having a hard time finding a good resource, does anybody have a good resource for this online?
