@Cory Mortensen

That seems like it would be great idea! What about the Round Rock area, beind that its just down the street from the new campus?

Hi,

  I may have access to a 3-4 lot piece of land in Ewing, NJ and was wondering if anyone had experience with new builds in the area.  I'd love to get some info in regards to builders, how it was dealing with the township, and expected price per foot for the build.  Thanks in advance for any info.

WoW...thats insane...Do you think these are all primarily investor bought, or homeowner bought?  Is there folks buying up to get ready to rent by the room for all the construction guys?

So I know the Apple complex should be starting construction somewhat soon, and that it'll be probably a 2-ish year construction time frame.  Is anyone game planning or already making moves to take advantage of the insane number of tradesmen, etc that will be coming in to work on that project?  Is anyone scooping up properties to make rentals, or finding land to put mobile homes/storage facilities?  Would love to hear of any ideas of how to capitalize on it, and if any of ya'll are already making moves on it.

The neighbors consistently calling and talking to the Mayor of Ewing about issues with the student housing.  The mayor went so far to try and enact laws, just to have the courts reverse them....THIS time.  Who knows when it'll happen again.  I want to invest in that area bc thats where my family is, just the thought of them doing something to screw us over makes me nervous!

That must be a big ol house to be pulling $4900/month!  how many bedrooms is that?  Is the average still about $500-600 per bedroom, inclusive of utilities?

Lots of seemingly cheap multi's in Seaside as of late....Aren't they trying to revamp that area and make it more family friendly again?

My house is about 2800 sq ft near OP Shnabel park and I seem to barely get $1650-ish pre-PM fees :/
