If I were to go buy a performing STR, perhaps say in a place like Gatlingburg, would the lenders take into consideration the income being earned by the current owners towars helping myself qualify?

I was looking at gatlinburg/sevierville (sp?) just the other day. Theres a big gap in the home prices, and sizes, there. Do you see a big difference in returns based on house size for the difference in price?

Have yall had much luck with multifams in area, or predominatly sfh?

I was curious what it looks like to invest in Portugal for foreigners. Is it advantageous, or is it difficult and anti-foreigner with extra stamp duty and such?

Buy and hold is what would appeal to me as well, its just narrowing dowm the area and the right property. Im not local unfortunately, so cant drive to get the vibe myself.

Were you buying at market price and ok with that, or finding distressed deals?

Do you think the traffic will be too bad coming from those areas after the new complexes are up, or will people just deal with it bc theres no other choice?

Any focus on lots for storage/self storage in area to accomodate all the workers and construction crews?

I think traffic is going to be a huuge consideration, hence my eyes looking at the neighborhoods across street from new apple complex and stuff literally right down the road in round rock. It seems like a no brainer, but then again I could be missing something

Thanks for the update. I guess I should add that the issue with search isnt limited to the marketplace, but seems like search function in general. Rather frustrating when trying to scour the forums for info and majority of it isnt relevant.
