In my real estate journey, I learned very quickly that networking is the best way to not only grow your business but also build relationships and see the community around you grow as well. I've attended a meetup with a great new group in Charleston and I'm planning on starting a regular get together in Morgantown for folks that can't make that 2 hour trip. Who is interested in connecting?

 I'd be interested!

Is there an opportunity for a company to upend FF with better service?

That's what I thought too, it's such a good concept and the only name I hear thrown around for mid term

To preface what I am about to say, I know the founders and owners of furnished finders and all of their subsidiary companies.

The company sucks, the support sucks, the chatting system on any of their services suck, the website is outdated. My personal support experience has been terrible with them. They say wait around 48-72 hours for a reply on the furnished finders website (on the payment/background check platform the live-chat option is very quick) but it took them a few weeks to get back to my request. If your issue is pressing then keep calling them, if not then just sit back and wait because it isn't worth the time and effort to keep trying to reach them for now.

Uh oh so you're saying it will take weeks to even be able to get a listing up??

I never had a problem with getting the listing up, ours was after it was up but a duplicate listing was showing first and ours was inactive. What proccess are you wanting information on?

Well I was wondering about the verification, I thought they sent someone to the property but someone in a Facebook group last night said that's not what they do, said it's just looking at ownership docs. I also wasn't sure if I should wait to sign up until I am ready to take photos, it still needs to cleaned and organized a bit

Trying to get in touch with customer service. Scheduled a call, noone called. Left a message noone called. Left a message at a number given in email for the scheduled call, noones called. Sit on hold for ages and ages and noone picks up or once someone picked up, I tell her I want more information on the process, she says ok let me connect you with a specialist, then I'm on hold again for ages?? I just hung up. What's going on here? I get spam emails daily from them but then can't get ahold of anyone??

I am selling my property that I wanted to develop into Glamping but I'm afraid it's too over my head. I am wanting to gauge interest in potential buyers but am not sure where in the forums I might be allowed to post?

I live in the Morgantown area, feel free to pm me with any specific questions about tje general area/market. I don't have an answer to your question but know of management companies that come recommended. I also know of someone selling their portfolio, all appear to be renovated already and turn-key

I've never heard of 90% LTV. Talk to 8 banks and you will get your final answer. Stick with the smaller banks/credit unions that have more flexibility than the regional and nationals.

I guess I should add that the particular deal I'm looking at, I can't afford and also don't want to put down 20 to 30% so I'm trying to find a 10% down loan.

I've seen many lenders advertise 90%. 90% LTC 100% rehab and max 75% LTV of the arv for 1 to 4 and some for.commercial but who have bad reviews, as i explained. I am asking for lender recommendations that loan on commercial
