Thank you for answering my question!  I appreciate the help.

If you’re unsure whether you checkmarked the box for the $10k at the end, how do you edit, or what do you do?  TIA for advice.  (This is what I get for filling out paperwork at 2 a.m.)

File another application today and make sure u check it off and add your bank account info

I would say if you are unsure go ahead and resubmit. Filing several applications wont give you several advances

Has anybody received their loan yet? I applied Sunday and chose to request the advance. I saw some of you had applied over a week ago it looks like? I'm quite confused now since I just watched the president's speech wherein he spoke about the paycheck protection act loans which will begin April 3rd! Not sure if I have to apply to that as well as the economic injury? Anyone know more? I plan on calling tje help line again tomorrow

But they have asked me TO CHANGE THE LEASE to month to month and as "per their word" they will agree for renovations. But my contractor has been calling and hi is not answering, my property manager has been calling so we can sign lease and he is not answering either. It has been over a week we are waiting for a response from tenant and no answer.

Hi, I think I understand what your problem is. Forgive if this is obvious but have you checked to see if they are still there? If you havent been able to get a hold of them and did you say they are late on January rent? Is it possible they bailed already? Also, I think what others are trying to say is it would have been wise to get their verbal agreement in writing before the sale, not necessarily a new lease. Any number of reasons could be behind your inability to get a hold of them, I would investigate that more, maybe a site visit, look at their lease and see what kind of notice is needed before visiting the property. Or, would it be out of the question to go and knock on their door?
