@Kelly Claiborne Money, knowledge and Coach/mentor currently is holding me back. At this point, I am saving to purchase a sfh cash to BRRRR. It would be my first BRRRR and honestly would only need capital for possible rehab costs. I am searching in various areas where the 1% rule works best and continuously self educate myself daily. @Lydia T. Good morning, I would love to start in the Dallas market or anywhere nearby locally but unable to, alone. Without a partnership or using OPM which, I am currently trying to do, I am unable to purchase a home to BRRRR and/or use as a rental here in the market. I do know that wholesalers may have sfh off market in various areas which could be a big help and would be nice working with one here. Also, I would also like to connect with your partner in OH as well. Maybe we can meet sometimes at a coffee shop or somewhere to discuss all of these matters if possible. I am open to learning about the wholesaling business in addition to investing, and would like to add value in any way possible

@Rashaun Forrest I would be interested in Dallas or surrounding areas here but the purchase price for BRRR quality properties and rentals are a bit steep for me alone. If I were to here, I'd have to have a trusted partner to afford in my backyard. I am open to those types of partnerships, however, because of the climate of Covid as well as actually just starting to get myself out there and network, right now by myself it is a bit of a challenge
