Is the tax Assesors info online? you might be able to find it that way, or hire a skip trace service like skipvault.com or truepersonssearch.com

@Sam Stabler first of all I'm so sorry you have had to go through this, I completely feel your pain. I'd say better safe than sorry, are you able to involve the police before you go in there? that way, surely they cannot say no to law enforcement, right? I fear that you taking matters into your own hands may rile them up the wrong way and lead to a whole set of other issues...try and play it safe, despite the pressure you are under, get the police and go in there...

I think majority of people are honest, good hearted and wouldn't want to take advantage of other people. There will always be a few uncouth ones to deal with...If that happens...its a painful hit that will be difficult to avoid...cross that bridge when we get there? and up your tenant screening criteria for the future?

@Greg Dickerson Thank you so much...sounds like its better to leave it with the pros. @Chris Seveney definitely would appreciate referrals..and thank you.

@Nicholas Mann, thank you so much! I'll dive into that for sure

Can Anyone please give me advise on the most compliant way to work with Private Money lenders and not break any  SEC laws? it feels like a landmine to navigate. How are you doing it?

@Jasraj Singh The data I have from my county area has market inventory, the foreclosure rates , so far I've found it easier from realtytrac although there may be others, what market are you in, I can put on my research hat and dig around a bit...at a small professional fee ...kidding :-)

LOL, absolutely, yes, life always has extremes. In the case of investing, I'd say that's taking an extreme view on everything going oh so wrong, hence what @Stephanie Simmons has pointed about being too paralyzed(read conservative) to invest at all
