Hello,

I would like to know any ideas you guys may have in helping me choose how to move in the correct direction. I have an investor that is very interesting in investing in my current company, in other words hes willing to put money in it. My question is since hes willing not to become partner of the company, but on only to invest how would I handle a contract agreement to secure his funds. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

My main idea now is rehabbing and flipping, and then afterwards hold off a couple property's for long term while they rent. Thanks for the advise.

Hello and goodevening,

My name is Jarlen, and I'm thinking of establishing a real-state investing business. I would like to know any ideas on how to establish one. My main concern is I have x amount of capital to invest but if I'm seeking for partners to join me in this journey what would be a good strategy as to how to get a group of investors to join my idea. How are the profits splits ? How are the initial investments establish ? Sorry if I sound a little Complicated. To make it simple " How do I Start a group of people to Invest with me".

Thank You

Thanks for all the comments. I will try to go to my local bank and see if they can work out a deal for me. My foci scores are not that bad around 687, and my credit cards debts isn't bad either about 10k. I'm just afraid of getting an equity in my credit and not able to qualify for a loan. I will defiantly try and see what happens.

Here my situation I'm recently filing for divorce, I own a real state property in which is currently paid off and worth about 85k. My ex wants me to buy her out at 35k, due to the fact that I'm filing for divorce my credit cards are over the 30 percent credit rule. I doubt a bank would lend me money, in reality I have not try but I know it will be a total failure. Is there any other way for my to do this ? My idea was to paid all my credit cards and then try to refinance my loan. All inputs will be appreciated.
