Hello,

I would like to know any ideas you guys may have in helping me choose how to move in the correct direction. I have an investor that is very interesting in investing in my current company, in other words hes willing to put money in it. My question is since hes willing not to become partner of the company, but on only to invest how would I handle a contract agreement to secure his funds. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
