Hello all, 

I'm new to BP also. I'm in the Northern part of Virginia if you'd like to discuss any projects in the area. I'm also a contractor. 

I'm finishing up a kitchen remodel right now. Send me some info on the place and what you are looking to do. 

Are you looking for a GC or someone who knows a certain trade? Maybe you could check craigslist for the contractor needed and then check to see if they are licensed and insured. Not sure how it works in WV.

I'm a good contractor but that area is a little far for me unless there's plenty of work to do.

Hi Folks, 

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to real estate investing. Not sure the direction I should go in. I would like to buy my first property within 12 months. Im tired of renting. I'm also I home improvement contractor. I make houses pretty. I look forward to learning from you seasoned investors and perhaps working with some of you on some projects too. Don't hesitate to contact me if you have a home repair in question. Any recommendations in how to get started in real estate investing?
