Hi Folks, 

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm new to real estate investing. Not sure the direction I should go in. I would like to buy my first property within 12 months. Im tired of renting. I'm also I home improvement contractor. I make houses pretty. I look forward to learning from you seasoned investors and perhaps working with some of you on some projects too.
