I'm curious how you found this deal? What's the story behind it? Home owner defaulting? House sold yet? How did you market it? Someone came to you with financing? Home was priced undervalued to attract buyers? What were some of the closing costs involved. Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to real estate investing : )

I perform most of the work myself or I'll have a helper or two with me. I know many people in the trades. Not sure about Richmond though. Northern VA yes.
