Seeking Contractors in the Morgantown WV area

Hey all, 

I am looking for someone to do property walk throughs with me. Right now I am looking at a particular property but not able to make an accurate offer since I haven't walked the property with a contractor. Of course, I'm willing to pay the contractor for their time for the walk through of a property.

My main focus right now is to wholesale but, if the deals I look at has enough spread, I will take it on as a flip. That said, I will be in need of a good general contractor for flips as well. 

Please comment with any referrals that you may have. I'm looking for someone promptly.
