Have you used the bigger pockets agent finder? May be another way to assist in you finding one. Good luck!

This will be interesting to say the least. I will be closely following the outcomes from this and always make sure to have reserves to weather the storm if needed. Always wanna be ready to pivot in your business.

Im so glad you posted here! I actually unfortunately missed the guided networking. I must of missed where they said these were occurring, it was a little confusing and I hope I can work with them to better explain when these events were occurring.

I think I got a lot of value from some of the keynotes and the breakouts overall, I need to reflect on my notes myself and make sure I keep in contact with some of the people I ended up networking with.

Actions that id say im tracking now would be, I am writing goals and reminders of where I wanna be and placing them in a area where every morning I see them and my mind will always have them and be leading me down the correct direction to more success. I am also still going over notes and trying to implement some of the bigger things I learned. The hardest parts trying to go over everything and chose what to implement now!

Furnish finder is great, and their teams are working to even make it better. Id also recommend going to your major hospitals and talking to HR there and letting them know your providing housing. Many traveling nurses are in need of finding a safe and well managed place to stay at, when I did this they referred a lot of the agencies that helped to place nurses to stay at my place being I was already a known operator in the area that many recommend already!

Hospitable is absolutely what you should try, they have been offering a 14 day free trial to BP members I believe. Contact them up, I spoke with a rep that was at BPCON this year and it was all amazing from what I heard. I myself will be looking into them, evolve is stealing a lot of money from you in fees. You can absolutely self manage no problem. Just make sure you build yourself a good team in your area you can count on! Happy to chat more, Im outta CT.

Id agree that the tenant (you) take care of them, your renting the unit. As for other issues like repairs, I typically would say you handle the smaller things and they handle the bigger issues that arise. The goals to make this easier for the landlord to incentivize them to continue to rent to you so that you can run your business out of their unit.

Post: Redoing a roof - any thoughts on installing solar and/or EV charging?

Solar id be careful with, it can sometimes cause and create more issues then it solves. Id also never lease a system, id own. In regards to having a EV charger, Id seen a lot of people install the outdoor rated ones in their STR and it helps to draw the people that may be renting a EV during their trip.

Hospitable I have heard all good things, I know they were running a 14 day trial period for BP users I believe. Worth reaching out to there support team. I talked to them at BPCON this year and they were really helpful answering all my questions. I hope to try them out myself to assist in self managing.
