Good Morning BP,

I just purchased my 1st property in downtown Memphis. I have a small mortgage on this property for $15,000. I was originally going to pay for the rehab cost out of pocket. It seems that the budget has almost double. Is there anyone that would fund me the rehab cost ?

or if someone have any other suggestions, I am all hears. :-)

I suggest you look up a few topics on here and indulge in the conversations and ask direct questions. BP Is full of answers. 

they Are a few companies that'd be great. I would suggest Crestcore. Dan is half owner but he has a contractor by the name of David. They are detailed honest, which is very important.

@Ashley Holden  Do you have a separate business with consistent cash flow?

When looking for start up cost, its typically required to have an existing business with a good history, which would entice a lender to give you money against it.

My PERSONAL opinion is a little tough. Improve your credit 1st. It took me a year to do this, but it has certainly paid-off. You should always want to have the option to fall back on traditional financing. i hope this helps.

@James LaPosta Do you have any local Real Estate Investor meetings ? Check around, these are a great way to get insider information that will be pay off very quickly.
