Check out this interesting report from Realtor.com that shows Memphis as one of the Top 3 destinations for Millennials in 2016 (personally, I am running into these young folks all over town).  This is another reason why I am actively buying properties here.

Hi, @Alexander Price.

Yes, I think there will be price appreciation in certain areas that the Millennials flock to, but I also believe most of the Millennials are going to rent first, which should greater high demand for rental properties.
