I lowered it from $500 to $475 three weeks ago. The issue for me (rent wise) is that this is an up and coming area. Partly already rehabbed and other streets are rough. And several new constructed apartments are popping up around. Because of that, rent is ranged from $1200 - $400 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath.

In Memphis TN, I have a 1 bed 1 bath unit in downtown Memphis. I have had several showings over the past month but I am yet to get a solid renter. Any suggestions on advertising ?

Are there any remodeling companies that would offer payments or financing options ? 

I am in Memphis TN and we just purchased a new home and wanted to do a few quick updates. Are there any suggestions as to a bank that would quickly give a personal loan or line of credit this soon after closing ?

Jeremy Godwin This is a major possibility to start and complete... you have savings!!!! That's already better than 80% of the people that would like to invest. Aside from that, it seems that all you need now is to step out on your plan and make your goal a reality .💪💫👍

@Jay Hinrichs This is sooo True. "At least I am learning." I guess I just don't get the logic behind it. When starting a career or building one, you MUST also build relationships. Which in return develops your reputation. There is no way in HELL that I would start my reputation in this manner and I just wish that others expecting business (consistently) would see this as well. Either way, I have learned a majorly valuable lesson immediately following my 1st purchase.
