I am looking for a buyer for this Greenwood, Indiana (Indianapolis suburb) house. The house is a 3/2.5 at 1440 sq ft. It is in a great school district. Does anyone have any interested in a piece of property in Alexandria, Indiana? It is a 4 parcel lot (roughly 0.8 acre), with a house on it. Hi, I am looking for a good appraiser in the area who can give me an appraisal on a house in Clarksville, IN.  It's actually my grandmothers house.  She is moving to an assisted living place.  The family needs to sell it which I would like to buy it as a rental property.  Just looking for someone who can give us a good reliable number.  Not looking to low ball my family so I want the best possible realistic number for the condition the house is in now.

This rental property is in Franklin Township school district in Indianapolis, IN. It's a fantastic area. It is a 3 bed 1.5 bath with a brand new roof. Estimated ARV of 90,000. Known repairs are mainly flooring through out, estimated at 6,000.

Current tenants are on a month to month lease paying $750 per month.  This is very low as the average for the area is $1000.
