Looking for a good appraiser for a house in Clarksville

Hi, I am looking for a good appraiser in the area who can give me an appraisal on a house in Clarksville, IN.  It's actually my grandmothers house.  She is moving to an assisted living place.  The family needs to sell it which I would like to buy it as a rental property.  Just looking for someone who can give us a good reliable number.  Not looking to low ball my family so I want the best possible realistic number for the condition the house is in now.
