I was thinking the same thing.  George what company in NW Florida supplies Container Homes.  Definitely doing my research.  Some areas in South Florida have issues with them.  So just want them to be conforming in design to other homes in the neighborhood.

Let us know what you decide.  Container home if allowed on that lot will yield the highest profit I'm sure.  Good luck.

The cash invested figure was for plans, permits, demo, construction, and staging. Of course those are my actual hard costs and would be more if I was building it for someone else as I would need to cover overhead and profit margin. So that comes to about $175 per SF (which also included the staging). If I was bidding this exact project out for someone, excluding staging, it would cost about $225 per SF for this one.

The sub 1 mil dollar market is Still selling and increasing in value albeit at a slower pace.  Mil dollar market has slowed alot.  A lot of developers are slashing prices for that market in Miami and Fort Lauderdale where I invest and sell ...as I'm an agent too..
