Considering strongly on making my own house out of containers. ( I have been shopping around and found a good company )  Any recommendations in the south Florida area? The one I found is northwest Florida.

Recommendations on new build lenders specialists?

Also does anyway know the appreciation Factor on a house like that. (I know different factors enter into consideration ) but we are talking about a house up to code completely complying with city codes, The only thing that changes is the structure been a container. Will that be considered a premanufacture house category?

And lastly, I am Curious to see here, Would you consider building a house with a container and renting it out?  or buy a teardown and flipping it over with a container?
