@Jason Boritz hi. Where in JT do you have your STR. what area you suggest as I would like to buy land and put a couple of tiny homes on the parcel. What zoning should I look for. I'm sure utilities are not at the larger parcels of land as well. Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you! Happy New Year!

Interested in land there and was looking for land that will allow separate buildings to be put on an acreage of land.   What Zoning would allow that and is it true you need a 1.5 acre per structure.  If anyone has ventured into that area and can give me any advice and info. It's very much appreciated.  Thank you and Happy Holidays.

Did you you finish your tiny home project. Can you tell me how the process went. You happy with the area. What were the cost involved with completing the tiny house ie utilities .. foundation, permits etc. Thank you so much!!!

Oh rents your able to get in the area your in. Did you do a two bedroom?

Is there anyone out there that has actually worked with any property management companies in the Joshua Tree area? If so can you please let me know who you've worked with.  Who was good and who was not.  Fees etc...Any advice and recommendations are appreciated.
