Hello fellow investors,

Does anyone invest in student rentals in the Barrie area?

I have an off market opportunity if this is your niche.

For those that don't know, Barrie is home to Georgian College which is located in Barrie's north east which would be considered their main campus (7 in total).

I would say an average room rental in the area would be around $500/month inclusive.

I am interested to learn more about the Cleveland real estate market.

If anyone currently invests in Cleveland or there are any realtors in that area, any help/ insight on the market would be appreciated.

Geo is great for SF when you want to know owners info but when you want it for multi-family and larger commercial properties all it will tell you is the corporate ownership name. Additional costs if you want more info. Hope that helps.

I'm an agent and use it every day. Interested to know how much a subscription would cost as an individual.

Post: Question for Property Managers who are Realtors

I have a question for all the Realtors out there who are also Property Managers.

A good source of business for a Property Management company can be leads referred by other Realtors.

If you are a Realtor, will other agents feel comfortable referring you one of their investor clients?

I know I would have second thoughts about referring business to a property management company operated by another Realtor because what if they stole my client.

How are you dealing with this?

Do you sign an agreement with the Realtor that you won't take their client?

Any and all thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!
