Question for Property Managers who are Realtors

I have a question for all the Realtors out there who are also Property Managers.

A good source of business for a Property Management company can be leads referred by other Realtors.

If you are a Realtor, will other agents feel comfortable referring you one of their investor clients?

I know I would have second thoughts about referring business to a property management company operated by another Realtor because what if they stole my client.

How are you dealing with this?

Do you sign an agreement with the Realtor that you won't take their client?

Any and all thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!
