@Hannah Woods I love that you've set SMART goals. It seems to me that you are well on your way to your first real estate deal. My 90 day goal when I first began using the 90 Days of Intention Journal from @Brandon Turner in May was to get my first multifamily deal in Cleveland, OH. I have not accomplished that, instead I've invested in my first apartment syndication and I am closing on my primary residence next month.

I would love to connect with investors in my immediate area looking to network and possibly partner on deals. I am particular interested in MF REI, but I also love meeting new people. You never know what kind of partnerships and friendships may develop.

The split is 70/30 LP/GP.

@Account Closed my question for you is why not post it now and share updates with the community over the next five years as I’m receiving returns?

I feel that it is more valuable to the community to share progress updates than to wait five years after my initial investment and only share the end result.
