@Hannah Woods I love that you've set SMART goals. It seems to me that you are well on your way to your first real estate deal. My 90 day goal when I first began using the 90 Days of Intention Journal from @Brandon Turner in May was to get my first multifamily deal in Cleveland, OH. I have not accomplished that, instead I've invested in my first apartment syndication and I am closing on my primary residence next month.

Keep it going and let me know if you'd like to converse about anything.

Hi @Russell Brazil: I figured as much. I'd like to connect with as many of you all as possible. I've gone to a few Meetups around the area, but I understand the power of BP is unmatched. Would you be willing to converse some time about any events you recommend networking at and to discuss all things MF REI in the area? I will also go back and listen to your podcast and check your website for information. Thank you.

@Trey Williams: Thanks, I’ll PM you now and connect.

I would love to connect with investors in my immediate area looking to network and possibly partner on deals. I am particular interested in MF REI, but I also love meeting new people. You never know what kind of partnerships and friendships may develop.

@Caleb Heimsoth that’s conservative and I could get behind the project because numbers are believable.

The split is 70/30 LP/GP.

@Corey Griffo thank you! I will be sure to post any updates on the deal as often as I can. I will definitely keep that offer in mind and give you a shout whenever I’m in the area!

@Andrew Kougl thanks! The IRR is conservatively underwritten at 15.62%.

@Account Closed my question for you is why not post it now and share updates with the community over the next five years as I’m receiving returns?

I feel that it is more valuable to the community to share progress updates than to wait five years after my initial investment and only share the end result.

I hope that I answered your question.
