Wholesale Beginner in/near Indianapolis

I have posted a few times before on the forum trying to figure out what makes the most sense for me to get started in Real Estate Investing. Long story short, I don't have money, so it seems wholesale is a good option for me (despite all the people telling me how hard it is to succeed).

I have spoke to a few local investors who have provided me with great resources to refer to (but unfortunately they do not have the time on their hands to take me under their wings). And instead of continuing to wait around, I have signed up to go to a meeting with the local REIA while starting to set incremental goals for myself to reach all throughout the year.

I know the wholesale business is difficult and I will most likely encounter way more rejections before I get to a yes...it is a grind, but I think I have the mentality to handle it from my previous work exp in sales, and I'm ready to jump in and get my hands dirty and struggle a lot at the beginning.

If there are any local BP Members who would like to connect, share, chat, or just get a free cup of coffee, feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to make a new friend :)
