ROBERT ORRIGONI An INVESTOR FRIENDLY REALTOR is someone who is an investor themselves or is educated in rei. A lot of realtors don't understand our needs on that end of things.

I'm looking for an investor friendly realtor in Syracuse NY. I'm looking to buy my first 2 family in a good area of Onondaga county. I have 2 pre approval letters. I'm hoping to get with someone who knows what will make a good rental/house hack property.

You need to put contingencies in the contract that allows you to back out if necessary such as..subject to your patters approval. Your partner could be your buyer and a lack there of would result in the lack of a partner's approval allowing you to back out.

No notary needed. There are apps such as docusign you can sign documents with via email. If the seller isn't too tech savvy then you can overnight them the contract via FedEx and include what they would need to overnight it back.

I'd say send the letter(s). Use a purple invitation envelope or something along those lines. Stand out. Send one every few weeks.

The phone numbers aren't easily obtained. If you look on your county website you can get the address and Mail the a letter or post card to get them to call you.
