Definitely Call Brett Lascara at the Huneycutt group in Wilmington NC. I use him for all of my clients and myself.

@Marc Poulin Have you looked into the BRRRR strategy? That may help you get to your goal faster. Also, you may want to look outside of city limits, because lower taxes will help with tax flow.

@Marc Poulin Several folks like to do long term investments Downtown. A lot of people like the Monkey Junction area (southern part of town), as well. Each area has its perks!
