Just make sure that it CAN work as a long term rental. Back in march we saw how easily town governments could shut down short term rentals. For two months, most municipalities in our area did not allow any rentals under 90 days. 

Most of my friends/clients were fine, and didn't have to rent long term, but you always want that option!

@Isabel Beteta Welcome! I personally love the house-hacking method. There are lots of opportunities in the area, especially down at the beaches.
