Post: Found a property from a wholesaler what's next?

Hello,

I am currently a wholesaler. I usually accept offers via email. Once the wholesaler accepts your offer normally they will ask you to wire your EMD to a title agencies or attorney. The title agent or attorney will open escrow and perform a title search and let both you and the wholesaler know if there are any issuses. The wholesaler you are purchasing from should help walk you through the process since you are paying them a fee for the deal. Best of luck to you.

Hey @Ari Zartarian

Good to see you here on BP, what has it been 12 years since  OLSM?

BP is a great place to connect with investors from everywhere.

Also check out meetup.com its a great resource to find the different REIA groups in the area.

Hopefully we can connect and maybe due some business down the road. I currently am just focused on wholesaling, I try to mainly focus on Pontiac and the surrounding areas, but I am connected to a couple realtors out in Grand Rapids, Saginaw, and throughout metro Detroit and I'm always running across different types of deals.

Its good to see a fellow Eaglet on here. Hope to talk to you soon.

Im in the process of closing my first 2 deals this month, so I'm no expert. But presentation and quailty of your ad will really determine your buyers and sellers. People want to see information in a formal understandable manner.

Best of luck to you brother.
