I've listened to all of there podcasts and ask myself the same question. But the way their podcasts are set up almost every show is a success story of how their program took their clients to a new level.

I live in Metro Detroit and was wondering the same exact question. Are investors still purchasing homes in the area. And is this market too flooded with wholesalers, flippers, and hedge funds?

I hope to implement some of the strategies I've learned here on BP and other resources. I have been doing a lot of research and analysis on wholesaling but I am still very new to real estate, and would definitely like to get my foot in the door very soon. I see you are located in Charlotte. I have a lot of family there. Also in Fort Mill, SC and Rock Hill, SC. Hopefully we can connect if I ever come accross a great deal in your area.  Lakeem Anore thank you for your response. Chris is the man. One of the only so called gurus to give you vital information at no cost. I will have to implement some of these strategies. I was thinking about jumping into the market in Houston, Tx because i do have some boots on the ground there. I will be doing some due diligence to help further my decision but I thank you for your insight.

I am still very new to real estate investing and very curious about the different exit strategies involved with investing. I was watching a few videos on YouTube and came across a video about virtually wholesaling with Cris Chico. Just wondering has any one had any success with virtual wholesaling with or without Cris Chico's mentor-ship or guidance? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
