Hey Bob,

I'm here to help when you're ready to get it on the market! I'm experienced in dealing with buyers and sellers from different states. The most important thing is communication. Feel free to PM me to get the ball rolling.

What part of Milwaukee county? Regarding home inspectors, my clients always say that Bryan Calvert (Quest Home Inspections) is the best home inspector they've ever had.

Hey @Kay Mays,

Welcome Back! I know you're getting reacquainted with the game, but if you ever hit a road block, please don't hesitate to reach out. As a local Realtor & Accredited Buyer's Representative and I'm here to help! Since you're planning to buy & hold, I highly encourage you to take the city of Milwaukee's landlord training program(linked below.) It's a great FREE way to grow your toolkit. I'd also recommend connecting with an investor friendly lender such as @Ham Merritt to build a financing game plan with actionable steps to set you up for success.

Your positive action combined with positive thinking results in success.

My husband and I just took the Milwaukee landlord class Wednesday and I would HIGHLY recommend it. The best thing is that it's FREE. They bring in multiple people such as an inspector, police, etc. and provide local contacts to answer any questions you may have for Milwaukee.

We purchased our owner occupied duplex almost 2 years ago and are now looking to get our second multi-family home. We are working to determine our financing and finding a property.

Janel, I'm a local Realtor and Accredited Buyer's Representative. If you're not already working with a Realtor, I'm here to help.

How long would you need to be using the private lender before refinancing using more conventional means?

@Dawn Jones What types of rentals do you currently have? What are you looking at to expand your portfolio? I'm in Milwaukee, but love working with investors.
