Looking for investor friendly RE agent in Milwaukee

Hi, we just foreclosed on a SFR in downtown Milwaukee on 21st St. and I'm looking for a local realtor who is investor friendly and can help us market the property to either an investor looking for a rental asset or an owner occupant who is willing to put in some sweat equity. Any referrals are appreciated, thanks.

NOTE that this is not any kind of advertisement to solicit buyers!

Bob
