Hi @William Babauta, I'm happy to talk about the BRR-STR strategy in San Antonio. Welcome to the BP rabbit hole. Don't get paralyzed by all of the info out there. Take action, even small action, a little at a time and you'll be further along than most in no time.

Hi @Hanna Bennett, I'm an STR/MTR manager in sa with 16 managed properties. If you have investors interested in knowing what their rehabbed property could generate as an STR/MTR, I'd be happy to share a projection with them. I'm also interested in helping your clients understand the industry and how to make their property shine in the competitive San Antonio market (changing the layout of the home, etc). Send me a PM if this interests you.

Where in San Antonio is the home? Pools do great as STRs in San Antonio. This one looks big which would be great. You could pay off the pool with STR profits and then cash flow from there. I could get you a revenue projection. Let me know if you want a connection to the company who recently built a pool at one of my STRs, JAM Pools. Https://www.airbnb.com/h/kingbirchsatx

Hi @Keeya WangJones! San Antonio has a great STR market and you'd do well with a market minded manager (like me). I can create a revenue projection for you easily. Let's find some time to connect and talk about the San Antonio market.

If the cash flow is right even using a manager, would STR be an option you're interested in hearing more about? I can run comps and a revenue projection for properties you're interested in.

Hi Jacob! Congratulations on your upcoming retirement and thank you for your service! San Antonio is a great market for smart STR investors and I own a local STR management company. I'd be happy to connect and talk to you about the market and STR to help you get started. Grab some time on my calendar. I was in your shoes before so I'm happy to pass on some knowledge.

Was just about to recommend connecting with this guy right here!

Thank you @Sarah Kensinger@Jacob Rocha, I’m happy to share with you.

@Colleen F. a 4.58 is still a 4.58 when there are a ton in San Antonio rated much higher, and ratings matter. Re-listing will actually give you a boost in the algorithm just like if it’s a new listing. The important thing is that she gets a booking so Airbnb deems her property “interesting”.

Do you operate in the DFW area as well?

Hi @Ali Radoncic, I don’t currently have properties in that market, however I manage properties in other markets outside of San Antonio. Would be happy to discuss or connect you with operators from my mastermind network
