I will be in Korea for the next 9 months on military assignment.  I'm seriously considering completing the pre-license course work.  When I finish this assignment I'll be back in TX for a few years, retire, then move back to Louisville, KY.  

Can someone recommend an all online program?

Will I have to take the exam in KY?

Any way to take the exam from Korea?

Is this even possible since I won't reside in Ky for a few more years?

Any other helpful info is appreciated.

Yeah, I was just informed by my realtor that if our bid is accepted we will have 24 hrs to submit all required documents to execute contract.  I'm across the globe, but my wife is there with a poa and we should be fine.

Offer is going in tomorrow.  I decided on bidding $500 over the asking price after reading threads where investors were losing over a few dollars.  I have plenty of cushion.  

My agent has never submitted an offer on a hud home but her father will be helping her get the offer in.  

Absolutely, establish your screening criteria.  For me, remaining at the same employer holds a bit more weight.  However, life happens and people change jobs.  Be aware of gaps in employment.

If you haven't already done so, sign up as a section 8 landlord with your local housing authority.  Check out the hud website and see what full voucher section 8 is paying. Advertise on craigslist.

Background, steady employment and rental history are most important to me.  Credit score, I'm not as concerned with.  I'm also a pretty good judge of character.

I have a phenomenal credit score right now.  However, when I'm debt free it will be horrible!  I've never agreed with our credit score system anyway. I don't want to start on that rant!
