I am a fix and flip investor and up until this point I have found all my deals on the market. I am working with a wholesaler and found a property I'm interested in. How do I make sure the wholesaler is actually under contract with the seller? I asked the wholesaler for proof of contract, but he said is wasn't necessary to show me the original contract. I guess I understand him not wanting to show me his numbers but how else am I supposed to know he is actually under contract? Again it is my first time working with a wholesaler any feedback is much appreciated.

@Malik Ali, I am an investor friendly Realtor here in NC. My market is the Charlotte Metro area and surrounding counties. If you need assistance in my area let me know. I invest in the Concord/Kannapolis area just north of Charlotte. Strong rents, something to look into.

Has anyone mastered "patience" in real estate investing? My biggest struggle is always feeling I haven't accomplished anything. I have goals, I achieve my goals but still I'm left feeling like I need to be doing more. I read and listen to podcast all the time. I find myself comparing myself to the "Brandon Turners" and the "David Greenes" of real estate investing, which I know is stupid because the guys have been at it longer then I have. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you overcome it? Do you ever overcome it? Just venting a bit.
