There are a lot of options. It all depends on what you're looking for. But if you are looking for distressed single family homes then they're are only a handful of options.

Montreal, QC and Yokohama, Japan

I (Hypothetically of course) have this house that is ready to be flipped in Goldsboro North Carolina. It is for 60 thousand but I think it might need about 100 in repair cost. The houses in this area are selling just north of 300 thousand.

What should I do?
