Just a thought.

Oh yeah, "Cash for Keys" is usually my go-to but in this case I'm stuck with going through the courts.

Just picked up a property 5 minutes from Durham that I am really excited about! I am looking to pick up at least 2 more before the end of the month. I went to an auction in Durham today. It was a great turn out too.

Question

- Who likes buying investment SFH at an auction?

- What do you love and hate about it?

Hey Amari,

To be completely honest, a real estate license will not hurt you in any way. It can only help your brand as a wholesaler. You will learn a lot more about the real estate industry that would benefit you.

Well the beauty about real estate is that there are so many opportunities. I'm in the Raleigh-Durham area and the market couldn't be any hotter. A lot of competition with not a lot of inventory in the area. That's why the steadiness of the Fayetteville market seems so desirable right now.

Feel free to direct message me if you have any questions Casey.
