Is profit margin the main driving factor for working in these areas? Is the juice really worth the squeeze (asking for a friend)?

Hmmmmm...I’m not sure I understand where profit margin (net income/profit margin) comes into play.  The opportunity zones were put in place to stir investment in areas with traditional lower développement and investment.  The benefit to the opportunity zone investors is the forgiveness of capital gains over different period of time.
