Hey all

Looking to start my passive income real estate journey. We currently own our home in Sanford NC which is roughly 15 minutes from the largest US military base (Fort Bragg). We are looking to rent this house while buying a few along the way. Being newer to the real estate game i would love to buy some folks lunch and understand more about the market, trends, good and bad areas, and develop a relationship for future investments if possible.

I'm into single family homes for retirement

I'm into multifamily (4+ units) for cash flow income

I'm into self storage

Just not sure which route is best for me and my family.

Well the beauty about real estate is that there are so many opportunities. I'm in the Raleigh-Durham area and the market couldn't be any hotter. A lot of competition with not a lot of inventory in the area. That's why the steadiness of the Fayetteville market seems so desirable right now.

Feel free to direct message me if you have any questions Casey.
