@Charles Hello. I have been a landlord since 1976. The last 20 years I have paid a former tenant to do all my showings. I pay her $250 if she shows it one time or 25 times. This system works for me. Good luck, as I know these people will waste your time.

@Greg M. I think I love you buddy LOL! What a huge pile of BS. Absolutely disgusting. This will absolutely never ever work!

@Bill F. Hey guys. I strongly feel that with each passing generation it gets more difficult to open a business. I opened a used car dealership in 1986. I sold it to my partner in 2016. With all the additional regulations since then I could not have afforded to open. The state and federal government have strangle small business in the last 30 years

@Adam Kruze I totally agree newer is usually better as a general rule. I had a house in Cape May New Jersey it was built during the Civil War. Very solid rental for me during the 19 years I earned it. I have a twin home but Hass to be 150 years old. I have had it for many many years and it is always rented. Just do the basics, due diligence but a little more due to the age of the property. In my humble opinion if you buy it right age does not matter.

@Kevin I am not an expert by any means. I have been doing this since 1976. I am under agreement on one property to sell it only because eternity is to me to buy it. I think 12 months from now we are looking at a whole different economy and I don’t mean better. I would wait but I am a conservative person. Best of luck whatever you decide.

@Greg Scott

@Philip Williams That was a perfect answer!

@Paul in my opinion, you are correct to want to keep his previous listings.
