I know a guy at Scott's Credit Union that says he can do 25k Loans but the homes have to be livable and pass  underwriting (via an inspection )

I probably didn't phrase this the best..

Being that you guys are investors and view real estate in a certain light would you get a time share or would you always look to purchase a property and use it as a vacation rental??

Hi Matt,

I'm working with someone right now on my rental property. He should be done in about two weeks. How about I take pics then and send them to you.

I don't want to recommend him until he's completed the whole project but so far so good.

I'm getting a rental property renovated now. I'll let you know what I think about the finish product then I'll be able to recommend him. It should be completed in about two weeks.
