Thanks Andrew. To close the loop here. I called and confirmed the address is correct.

Got an invoice for City of Hagerstown Real Estate Tax and the letter said to make checks payable to and mailed to

City of Hagerstown, Treasurer's Office

PO BOX 8708, Lancaster, PA, 17604

Can anyone else confirm that this is also what they received from the city. I find it suspicious that a city in Maryland want taxes to be sent to a PO box in another state.

Interested as well!

@Amanda Williams

Sorry to hear about your experience. To jump on the gripe train, I used FOA early in the year and they were incredibly slow in underwriting. We had to push back our closing date twice. The seller's agent, us, our agent, and even our loan officer were bombarding them with phone calls trying to get them to get their act together.

@Ruben Jimenez

Great to meet a fellow Cleveland real estate investor. All the property managers I've talked to have rarely seen owners be responsible for snow shoveling in MFHs. If an owner does want to send someone out, it runs in the neighborhood of $200 per trip, but for MFH, the tenants will take care of it. By the time you send someone out, the shoveling might have already been done.

Welcome! You can ask if they will let you invest with them as a partnership.

@Daniel J Cano

Sounds like you got a great setup going. Kudos! Does your mentor let you invest in the deals with him, like a partnership?

Do you have an interest to invest alongside him?
