New to Real Estate! Advice/Thoughts
Hey BP community, I am brand new to Real Estate. I have started reading/learning as much as I can in the past month. I still have a lot more knowledge to gather but am excited about the process. There are two people in my circle that have been real estate investors for over 20 years. I have good relationships with both of them/ there is mutual respect. My question is, would it be a bad idea to look for great deals and potentially bring it to them asking for the capital to make it happen. I am new to this and do not want them to think that I am simply looking for money. But then again, if its a great deal why would they pass it up. Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks and happy to be a part of a great community.
