Hey Trevor,

If you haven't looked into joining your local Real Estate Investing Group, you should definitely do that. You'll find that there are lot of other people in Green Bay that can help there.

Hope to see you at an upcoming meeting.

Hey Vong,

My business partner (Derek Dombeck - member of BP) runs the Central Wisconsin REIA. You should think about coming to one of his meetings. He holds them on the third Monday of the month at the Holiday Inn at 1000 Imperial Dr. in Rothschild. His next meeting is going to be on the 21st. You can reach out to him here on BP or via his website (https://cwreia.com). I'm from the Green Bay area, but I attend almost all of his meetings. Hope to see you there.

But, between meetings, feel free to reach out to either of us. We're always happy to help.

Jeff

Retirement accounts... What they are and how to use them for RE!

Many investors are afraid of the topic. It can get complicated. But, it's one we all need to know.

Which retirement accounts can I use to invest?

Are they non-retirement accounts I can use to invest?

Can I lend money out of my accounts to others?

At this weeks meeting, we're going to answer these questions and more. If you have friends who aren't investors that you think could benefit from this knowledge, bring them!

Free to members and first time guests. $15 for non-members.

Finance Your Business (even REI) and Grow Rich!

As real estate investors, we look for lenders, but don’t want to learn to be our own lender.

As real estate investors, we buy our property creatively, but don’t think creatively about our regular financial matters.

Why do real estate investors keep looking for lenders, but don’t think about being one (there’s money to be made as one isn’t there?)

Why do real estate investors buy property creatively, but don’t think about their financial life as creatively?

Do you enjoy paying interest to banks for car, motorcycle, home, student loans or losing interest by paying cash?

Are your IRA's, Investment Portfolios, and/or your children's 520 College Savings Plans GUARANTEED against loss in the next stock market crash?

Does your money grow TAX-FREE and give you the flexibility to use it anytime you want?

If you answered NO to any of these questions, is that a problem you want a solution for?

Special guest speaker Brian Flemming will be talking about the answers to these questions an more!

@Josef Roberge, I'm not sure if I'm right or not, but I've always heard it called the "protected buyers" list.
