In 1989 as a young Jarhead, I had dinner in the Hard Rock Café in Tokyo. We started chatting with the guy at the table next to us. He had 2 of the most beautiful blonde women you have ever seen. Come to find a he was a Russian Infantry Officer attached to the Embassy (a spook probably). We ended up sitting at his table. We had lots of drinks and chatted about our lives. I think its buy and hold time. With prices what they are, you should be able to find cash flow in your market. If you can find cash flow in Florida buy it and never sell it.
