Joshua,
In 1989 as a young Jarhead, I had dinner in the Hard Rock Café in Tokyo. We started chatting with the guy at the table next to us. He had 2 of the most beautiful blonde women you have ever seen. Come to find a he was a Russian Infantry Officer attached to the Embassy (a spook probably). We ended up sitting at his table. We had lots of drinks and chatted about our lives. We are pretty much the same, but...... we have the constitution and they have the KGB. When we were leaving to go to Roppongi, we parted with a handshake. I looked him I the eye and laughed, told him “I hope I never have to shoot you†LOL, he said the same.

The Russians are not Bad people, they are the product of a horrible amount of corruption

We'll see what happens from here.

The beginnings of the last world war

Look at our economy now and at the 1930's. It is a little eerie

What does everyone think about what is happening in the former Soviet state?

Being upset with Russia for doing stuff like this is like kicking a dog for being ugly. Russia has followed this path long Before Catherine the Great Discovered her "other" love

I would not worry about the Rusians. Communists should not mess with people like us. they lose everytime. We learned in 1991 for a fact their weapon systems can not hang with ours

And Jeff, I should've thought about the "buy and hold" strategy becuase I'd just read on it a week ago, it makes alot of sense. By the way, how do I get an analyzation graph like the one your using?

Thanks in advance,

Mike

I think its buy and hold time. With prices what they are, you should be able to find cash flow in your market. If you can find cash flow in Florida buy it and never sell it.

take your farm market, break it down. I track 4 things, $ per SQFT, Average price, number of sales money in motion. Get at least 5 Qtrs worth of data. Run a poly trend line to project market momentum, here is an example
