I will check out the other schools that are also mentioned. Thanks again!

Was there a specific webinar that you were referring to? I tried the link that you provided, but I would not to take to another page. I will check out the webinars here. I know they have good information!

Hey LInval,

Thanks for your feedback and I will take a look at the links that you provided.

I really appreciate it! I realize that the best thing is to really have a foundation as an investor at that time, quitting my job might be an option. I suppose working an 8-5 job doesn't give much time as a REI, but I have heard that they are investors who are doing both and seem to manage to get by.

Thanks again!

Hi Nick,

Yes, that is correct! I have been looking for an RE investor, but I have not had luck. I am going to try an REI meeting. The Guru course that I went to was my orientation as a REI. There was some good information but at least I didn't spend that much money on the advanced course. How are things going for you as a REI?

Hello everyone,

I still feel like I am spinning my wheels in getting started in wholesaling. I am looking to become successful in this business and quit my job asap. I suppose it would be easier finding a partner to work with and begin working in this business, but it has been hard to find someone that would like to work as partners. I have taken a guru course, attended seminars, listened to podcast on this site, but I just haven't taken the first step.

There are so many things that I do after work that get in the way of becoming a REI. I suppose the most important thing is priortizing what is most important each day. I hear that I need an RE attorney, accountant, purchase bandit signs, and more. There seems to be a lot of expenses when starting out, but it would be great to hear from some wholesalers to see how they got started in this business. Thanks!

Hey Jeff,

Yes, I agree there are many investors on this website and at REI club, but since I am new it would be great to have someone show me how to do my first deal. It is like when you start a new job and they provide the training to become successful. There are so many questions that I need to find out when I start investing, and it would help to have someone be there to build more confidence and to learn from someone who has the knowledge and experience. Also, I think once I am in the right direction it will be easier to continue doing more deals on my own!

I suppose that there are many investors who can learn on this website or by going to a local REI meeting, but I would like to learn from mentor.

Thanks for your response!

Jeff
