Congratulations, my friend! Looking forward to all of your other successes!

So far I have only invested the money of becoming a PRO Member in BP and I'm still working on finding my first deal / property. That being said, the ability to use the calculators (and the BP forums and all other BP resources) are invaluable. The price of the membership is nothing compared to all the knowledge and tools I've gained and that I know will pay off in the short, medium and long term.

I haven't done my first deal yet. But looking forward to it. Great info in this poll, though. As expected MLS is the most common way investors find their deals. Craigslist surprised me as being in the list. Do a lot of y'all find deals through there?
