Hi! I currently live in Coastal Georgia and have been interested in owning income properties for as long as I can remember. As a little girl, I remember watching my uncle as he purchased and managed his own rental properties and, from then on, I imagined doing the same. I purchased my first property when I was 24 but life happened and I had to put my investment dreams on hold. I'm a few years older now and my husband and I are in the position to purchase additional properties. Although my uncle continues to be a great mentor, we are always looking to learn more! We hope to eventually use the income we obtain through rentals to retire early and enjoy life! We don't want to work 9 to 5 for someone for our whole lives and love the flexibility this market offers. Thanks for reading!
