Hey Everyone,

I just listened to w webinar from Lee Arnold of COGO Capitol and it seemed really good.

Too good if you get my drift? Get certified under him and he will give you 100% acquisition and 100 % rehab money.

Has anyone taken his coarse if so what was your experience?

I look forward to hearing what BP has to say.

Hey Guys,

After a tuff year and some  major losses I'm trying to regroup and rebuild. So I want to begin by becoming a "Bird Dog" for real-estate investors until i can save up enough and build my credit back up .May be even partner with an investor on a deal.

Is there a particular format or formula that people use when they begin to do this.

Is there a standard fee or pay scale that people follow.

How should i market my services.

I'm currently living in VA but want to service the DMV area.

Any input would be welcome.

Thank you

Jean-Frank

Thanks Linda,
I'm pretty flexible right now and will definitely start looking in those areas to see what stands out.

Thanks so much  for your input. I'll keep you updated.

Have a great weekend.

Hey BP,

I'm currently investing in the Baltimore market and as we all know there is no shortage of REO and distressed properties but i want to shift my focus to VA because of the distance to our new home.

Can you give me some insight in to the REO\Distressed property market in VA I'm interested in areas from Mclean to Richmond and everything in between. Does Virginia have a "Vacants To Value" type program like Baltimore were the government sells Distressed homes? A tax lean sales list?

Delinquent tax payers listing? I hope I'm covering everything and if you can think of something i haven't mentioned please feel free to mention it.

I'm also looking to start building a network of investors, realtors, general contractor, & tittle companies in VA so we can broaden our scope as well maybe even do some joint ventures with in the near future.

Please feel free to connect.

I really look forward to hearing from you.

Thank You.

@Christian Sifuentes

Hey Christian,
what insurance company did you end up using and what were the rates?

thanks

Jean-Frank

@Account Closed

That is a great idea!! I'll start researching the schools and surrounding area's.

If I can land a duplex or triplex it would cash flow pretty easily.

Thanks

@ Marcus Gold

Hey Marcus,

I'll do that right away.

Thanks.

I really appreciate you guys taking the time out to respond.

Thanks again
